Delivery & Returns

All prices are shown in Australian dollars. All orders are processed in Australian dollars.

Delivery within Australia

  • Any orders placed from the 31st of Dec to the 8th of Jan will be shipped out on the 9th of Jan 2018.

  • Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days from receiving your order.

Registered Post

  • Goods will be delivered in approximately 5-7 business days.
  • $15.00 postage and handling for deliveries within Australia (Based on parcel weight >5kg).
  • Tracking is available within 1-2 days after shipment.

International Orders

  • Goods will be delivered in approximately 10-15 postal working days.
  • $50.00 postage and handling for deliveries outside of Australia.
  • Upon arrival in the destination country the parcels are distributed by the local postal services.

*Please note: International orders may take up to 21 days to be delivered depending on your countries custom process.
**Please note: The postal fee charged does not include possible taxes and duties, which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise”. We are prohibited by law from marking the order as a “gift”, even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.

Returns

  • Hunter & Alexandra strive to ensure you are satisfied. We want you to love what you’ve ordered. If something isn’t right, let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll exchange it for you to another colour, a new size or an entirely different style. Please email us your questions to hunter.alexandra@outlook.com.au Monday – Friday 9:30am – 5:00pm. 
  • A receipt is required as proof of purchase on exchange items. We are happy to provide an exchange or gift voucher but only on items that have been returned to us unworn and are in original saleable condition with tags attached. 
  • To arrange a return or exchange, you will need a returns authorisation code. You can obtain this by simply emailing us at hunter.alexandra@outlook.com.au . You will receive a reply with a returns authorisation code that you will need to quote on all subsequent correspondence. 
  • Please note that return postage or courier costs on returned item(s) will not be refunded. 
  • In the unlikely event that your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately by email hunter.alexandra@outlook.com.au. We will arrange for the item to be replaced as soon as possible. 
  • Hunter & Alexandra will not accept responsibility for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend that you return items either via registered mail or courier so that you have proof of dispatch in case the item goes astray.

Important Information

  • Used or customer damaged items will not be accepted for return/ exchange and/or credit notes.
  • No refunds on items on sale or promotion.
  • Original receipt must be sent with your order.
  • All returns must be made within 14 days of order date.
  • Exchanges and credit notes will exclude any delivery costs.
